Job Description

Converteo is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its AI & Data team in Milan and contribute to high-impact projects shaping how leading organizations leverage AI and data to reinvent their operations and create value.

You will work on innovative projects focused on Data, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, helping clients identify new business opportunities, rethink processes, and scale AI adoption in fast-evolving environments. The role blends analytical thinking, business transformation, and AI-driven innovation, in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities (across multiple industries):

• Scoping and deployment of Data & AI ecosystems (including modern data architectures and agentic systems)

• Identification of business opportunities and development of business plans / business cases

• Definition of data and AI-driven organizations and associated governance models

• Design, optimization, and orchestration of personalized digital journeys powered by data and AI

• Management of Data & AI projects (coordination, specifications, integration of AI/agentic solutions, and deployment follow-up)

• Design of intelligent dashboards and definition of KPIs enhanced by predictive models

• Conducting technology benchmarks and market analyses (cross-industries)

• Strategic monitoring and production of high-value content (articles, insights, white papers) on Data, AI, and agentic systems topics

Your Profile

You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Innovation, or a related discipline.

You bring 3–4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Data & AI Transformation, or Digital Transformation, with a proven ability to drive impactful change and deliver measurable results within complex organizational environments.

You demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
